Zac Midalia Bio

Zac Midalia is a Managing Director of Private Equity at Alceon Group. Zac has experience working nationally and internationally with a number of respected investment firms and entities. He has led key investment decisions across a broad range of sectors in both the public and private markets and has been a Non-Executive Director representing shareholder interests on a range of boards. Previously, he was the Investment Director of the Melbourne based Kin Group with responsibility for investments across retail, real estate and consumer businesses. Zac started his career in private equity, working for Mark Carnegie at M.H. Carnegie & Co, before spending time in the USA completing his M.B.A and working as the Head of M&A for 3G Capital’s Restaurant Brands International. Zac holds a Master of Business Administration with Dean’s Honours from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Sydney and is a Graduate Member of AICD.
