Tom Birkin Bio

Tom joined Alcentra in April 2012 and is a member of the Transaction Management Team. He administers six US CLOs and one US NAV fund, and is the main contact for Alcentra’s US deals Before joining Alcentra, Tom worked as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for BNY Mellon Global Corporate Trust, for over six years, providing Trustee services for many of the European funds run by Alcentra. Prior to this, Tom worked for over four years at Deutsche Bank London in their Trust and Securities Services department where he dealt with structured finance transactions, project financings and escrows.
