Kris Winter Bio

Kris joined Alcentra in August 2014 as a member of the Private Credit team. Kris is responsible for sourcing and execution of investments across a variety of industries with a focus on the UK. Prior to joining Alcentra, Kris spent six years at Barclays, initially in client coverage before moving into leveraged finance where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing debt transactions for mid-market financial sponsor and corporate clients. Kris graduated in 2007 from the University of Sheffield with a BSc in Mathematics and Geography and is a CFA charterholder.
