Brandon is Managing Director and Executive Chairman of Alcentra Ltd and brings more than 30 years of business, finance, legal, restructuring, investor, and fund management experience. Prior to joining Alcentra, Brandon was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at CVC Credit Partners. Brandon joined CVC from Park Square Capital, where he was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Brandon helped lead the restructuring and sale of two distressed portfolio companies. He has also been a Vice President in Investment Banking at Chase, in London. Brandon began his career at O’Melveny & Myers in Los Angeles after clerking for Judge John Minor Wisdom. Brandon received an AB with honours from Harvard College, and a JD with honours from Harvard Law School.
