Fernando Ortega Bio

A member of Alantra Private Equity since 2010. Previously he was Corporate Development Manager in Spain for AES Corp and Associate Director in the M&A team of DC Advisory. Since his incorporation at Alantra Private Equity he has played a leading or co-leading role in the origination, execution, monitoring and divestment of investments in the health and wellness, hotel, industrial goods and food sectors. Fernando is currently Board Member of Hiperbaric, ROQ and Unión Martín. Fernando holds a Business Administration degree from CUNEF.
