Federico’s long and diverse private equity career spans over 24 years. In Alantra Private Equity since 1992, he has led or co-led in a large number of transactions covering most industrial sectors, all manner of investment structures and several business cycles. A founding partner of Alantra, he played a key role in launching Dinamia, the first quoted private equity vehicle in Spain. Previously he had worked at MG Valores and Euroventures. Federico Pastor holds a Law degree from Madrid’s Complutense University and an international MBA from IE Business School.
