Martin Calderbank Bio

Martin Calderbank has been working in private equity since 1995 and is part of the founding team of Agilitas. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Martin focuses on the unique attribute of private equity over other equity models: the ability to support strong managers leading their companies through transformational change. Martin is the guardian of the firm’s culture, in particular the alignment of interest between shareholder value and the underlying purpose of the companies backed by Agilitas. Martin also oversees the quality of investment decisions and transformation stewardship. Martin started his career with McKinsey. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA in Mathematics from Cambridge University and an MA in theology from Durham University. He speaks English and French.
