Justin brings over 13 years of experience in private equity, M&A advisory, and investment management to Agellus, having served in a variety of roles. Previously, Justin served as Director of Business Development at Longwater Opportunities, a lower middle market private equity firm. Prior to Longwater, Justin was a Vice President at Atomic Capital and an Associate in EY’s M&A advisory practice in Houston. Justin holds a BS in Communication Studies from the University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and two daughters.
