Arnold joined AIIM in 2017 and supports the Pan-African investment team across all aspects of transaction origination and execution, with French language skills being of particular importance in supporting deals execution in Francophone-Africa. He was a member of the transactions team executing AIIM managed fund investment into SEGAP, an airport holding company with an established portfolio of airport investments across West and Central Africa. Arnold sits on the board of AERCO, a portfolio company of SEGAP, the operator of 3 airports in the Congo Republic. Before joining AIIM, Arnold was among the twenty selected African young professionals who completed the Citibank’s 2015 Management Associate Program. Through functional and geographical rotations across the continent, Arnold has been exposed to transactions originated by Citi. Arnold started his career in Paris, at Ecobank International, where he was part of the Corporate & Investment Banking team, advising global corporates investing in Africa on several transactions. Arnold also garnered investment banking experience through an internship at Credit Agricole C.I.B, where, he worked on various transactions as a member of the Debt Optimization and Distribution division. Arnold holds a Master in International Financial Analysis from Neoma Business School (France) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management from the National University of Cote ‘Ivoire (in partnership with Paris Est. University).
