Nick Alers Bio

Nick is a Vice President on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his current role, he focuses on AEA’s investments in the industrials and services sectors. Prior to joining AEA, Nick worked in the investment banking group at Morgan Stanley in New York, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and financings for global transportation and logistics companies. Nick earned a B.A. in economics from Yale University, where he graduated with honors. Nick has been involved with several philanthropic organizations in Costa Rica.
