Michelle is Deputy General Counsel of AEA and a Principal. In her role, she supports the firm’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions worldwide. Prior to joining AEA, Michelle was Vice President and Counsel at Third Point LLC. Prior to Third Point, Michelle practiced law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP focusing on M&A and private equity. Michelle graduated with honors from Adelphi University, where she earned a B.S. in finance. She earned her J.D. from Hofstra University. Michelle is admitted to the bar in New York.
