J. Louis Sharpe Bio

Louis is a Partner on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on AEA’s investments in the industrials and services sector. He currently serves on the boards of BMS Enterprises, Numotion, Polygon, SitelogIQ and Window Nation and previously served on the board of Visual Comfort & Co. He also served on the boards of former AEA portfolio companies GMS, Henry, RelaDyne, Springs Window Fashions and SRS Distribution. Prior to joining AEA, Louie was in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley. Louis earned a B.A. in economics from Yale University.
