Felix Braun Bio

Felix is a Principal on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investment opportunities in Europe, primarily in the industrials and services sectors. Felix serves on the boards of NES Fircroft, Polygon, SCIO Automation and Verdesian Life Sciences. Prior to joining AEA, Felix worked in the investment banking group at Morgan Stanley in Sydney, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and financings for utility and industrial companies. Felix graduated from the University of Mannheim (Diplom-Kaufmann) and also holds an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School.
