Charles Schwartz Bio

Charlie is a Vice President on AEA’s Small Business Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investment opportunities in the industrials, consumer and services sectors. Charlie sits on the boards of Allied Power Group, Meritus Gas Partners and Unisyn Precision Components. Prior to joining AEA, Charlie was an investment banking analyst at Harris Williams & Co. focusing on M&A transactions in the industrial technology sector. Charlie earned a B.S. in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
