Brian Prescott Bio

Brian is a Partner on AEA’s Private Debt team. In his role, he focuses on senior and junior debt investment opportunities across a broad array of sectors. Prior to joining AEA, Brian worked in the sponsor finance group at Bank of Montreal in Chicago, where he focused on sourcing and executing senior and junior debt financings for sponsor-backed transactions. Before Bank of Montreal, Brian worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago and focused on financial due diligence for public and private mergers & acquisitions. Brian earned a B.S. in finance and accounting from Miami University. Brian has also earned his C.P.A. and C.F.A. credentials. Brian engages in philanthropic endeavors that emphasize educational and career opportunities.
