Brendan Gallagher Bio

Brendan is a Vice President on AEA’s Small Business Private Equity team. Prior to joining AEA, Brendan was an Associate in Leveraged Finance at BofA Merrill Lynch. Brendan began his career in Investment Grade Capital Markets at BofA Merrill Lynch. Brendan graduated with an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College. Brendan is an active alumnus of Middlebury College and the Hun School of Princeton and has volunteered with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation since 2011.
