Benjamin Fischer Bio

Benji is a Principal on AEA’s Small Business Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investment opportunities in the industrials, consumer and services sectors. Benji serves on the boards of 50 Floor, Singer Industrial and Veseris and previously sat on the boards of Dayton Parts and Pexco. Prior to joining AEA, Benji worked in the investment banking group at Lincoln International, focusing on mergers & acquisitions across a range of industries. Benji earned an M.B.A from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in economics and organizational studies from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction. Benji is a mentor with Read Ahead, a reading-based mentoring program for elementary school students.
