Spencer Haught Bio

Spencer Haught joined Advent in 2022. Prior to joining Advent, he spent seven years with the law firm Ropes & Gray LLP, where he worked on a variety of private equity transactions. Before going to law school and joining Ropes & Gray, Spencer was also an analyst with the investment banking firm Lazard Frères & Co. for two years. Spencer holds a BA from Amherst College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
