Rish Khara Bio

Rish Khara joined Advent in 2021 and works with management teams across North America to improve performance and realize the underlying investment thesis. Prior to Advent, he was part of the operating team at Vista Equity Partners, where he worked with portfolio companies in the Technology sector to define and execute robust value creation plans. Prior to Vista, he was a Manager at Bain & Company, where he served clients in Industrials, Healthcare, and Technology sectors. Rish has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
