Priscila Antunes Bio

Priscila Antunes joined Advent in 2021. Previously, she was a partner at KPMG advising private equity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and businesses in general on engagements including tax structuring, tax strategy & value creation, corporate reorganizations and preparation for IPOs. Priscila holds a Bachelor in Accounting Science from Mackenzie and a Bachelor in Law from PUC-SP.
