Neha Mathur Bio

Neha Mathur joined Advent in 2016 focusing on buyout and growth equity investments in the retail, consumer & leisure sector. Following business school, she rejoined Advent’s retail, consumer & leisure team as a Vice President in the Boston office. Prior to Advent, Neha was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in their NYC office. Neha received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
