Natalia Graca joined Advent in 2023. Prior to joining Advent, Natalia worked at The Carlyle Group, where she focused on investments in the industrial and transportation sectors. Natalia began her career in the Global Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs in New York. Natalia received a BBA in finance, summa cum laude, from Baruch College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
