Mike Solomon Bio

Mike Solomon joined Advent in 2016 as part of the Portfolio Support Group. Prior to Advent, Mike was Vice President of Operational Excellence at TridentUSA Health Services, a portfolio company of Formation Capital and Audax Group, where he led a Program Management Office directing a portfolio of transformational initiatives. At Audax Group Private Equity, Mike was a member of the Portfolio Support Group, where he was responsible for partnering with management to identify and implement performance improvement opportunities. Mike started his career with L.E.K. Consulting. Mike earned a BA in Economics and Political Science, with honors, from Northwestern University.
