Maria Reina joined Advent in 2022. She previously worked at AZ Capital in Madrid, a Spanish independent investment banking firm, where she worked on numerous M&A deals across different sectors such as Consumer Goods, Energy, Industrial, and Real Estate. Maria holds an MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapore), a BSc in Electromechanical Engineering and a MSc in Industrial Engineering, both from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI (Madrid).
