Lisa Kapp joined Advent in 2021 and focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to Advent, Lisa worked at Cressey & Company, a healthcare-focused private equity fund, and at the global private equity firm Apax Partners, where she was a member of the healthcare team. Lisa began her career in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs. Lisa has a BSc in Economics and an MBA in Healthcare Management, both from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
