Ken Prince Bio

Ken Prince joined Advent in 2016. In his role, he helps lead the firm’s capital markets activities, including new acquisition financings, for Advent’s portfolio companies. He is also responsible for managing and helping to grow the firm’s relationships with investment banks, direct lenders, and investors. Prior to joining Advent, Ken was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Leverage Finance Group, where he covered the Natural Resources and Industrial sectors for both corporate and private equity transactions. He previously worked at Bank of America, focusing on high yield exchange offers, restructuring and refinancing transactions across a variety of sectors. Ken graduated from The University of Virginia, with a BS in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce and a BA in Economics from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
