Karina Sobieski Bio

Karina Sobieski joined Advent in 2021 and focuses on Human Capital Management across Advent’s portfolio companies, including leadership assessment, and growing & cultivating network of top senior executives for CXO, Board and Operating Advisor roles. Prior to joining Advent, Karina was a Partner, Human Capital Practice at SoftBank where she focused on Talent Practice for the Vision Fund and SoftBank Group portfolio companies across Enterprise, Frontier Tech, Health Tech, Logistics & Transportation, and Consumer sectors. Previously Karina served as a Partner, Human Resources at Andreessen Horowitz. Prior to Andreessen Horowitz, Karina worked as a CHRO at Nuru International, a US non-profit organization with operations in the US and Africa, as well as held Recruiting roles in Europe at McKinsey & Company, and at CitiBank. Karina holds a Master degree in Psychology from Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
