Jeff Paduch joined Advent in 2002, moving to the London office in 2005. He is responsible for coordinating the firm’s efforts in the business and financial services and technology sectors. Prior to Advent, Jeff worked in the Financial Sponsors / Leveraged Finance Group of UBS Warburg in New York. Jeff received a BA, cum laude, from the University of Virginia.
