Hilda Lui Bio

Hilda Lui joined Advent in 2020 and focuses on Human Capital Management across Advent’s portfolio companies, including leadership assessment, talent acquisition, and cultivating a network of top senior executives for CXO, Board and Operating Advisor roles. Previously, Hilda was the Vice President of Talent Management at L Catterton, where she advised on portfolio talent management best practice across L Catterton's multiple strategies and geographies. Previously, she was a member of Heidrick & Struggles' CEO and Board Practice, where she advised public and privately-held companies across industries on Board of Director searches and CEO succession planning initiatives. Hilda holds a JD from the Fordham University School of Law and attended NYU where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and French.
