Heather Zuzenak Bio

Heather Zuzenak joined Advent in 2013 and is the firm's Chief Compliance Officer. Heather previously worked at Audax Group as Chief Compliance Officer and fund counsel. Prior to Audax Group, she was Senior Counsel at Goodwin Procter LLP, where her practice focused on private investment funds and related regulatory matters. Heather received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and earned a JD from Boston University.
