Erin Welby joined Advent in 2011 as the Director of Advent’s GP Services Team and is responsible for the administration of the general partner entities and carried interest. Prior to Advent, she was the Controller at Summit Partners. Erin started her career in public accounting at Deloitte. Erin received a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and her MBA from Northeastern University.
