Eric Rimmke Bio

Eric Rimmke joined Advent in 2022 and works with management teams across North America to improve performance and capture results needed to realize the underlying investment thesis. Prior to Advent, he was part of the operating team at Vista Equity Partners, where he worked with portfolio companies in the Technology sector to define and execute value creation plans. Prior to Vista, Eric helped build and scale the Operations team at Collective Health, a software platform for self-insured employers. He also spent many years at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on a diversified set of industries and functions. Eric is a graduate of Stanford University (MBA) and the University of Michigan (BBA).
