Carlos Paz Bio

Carlos Paz joined Advent in 2013 as a member of the Portfolio Support Group to help drive operational improvement at Advent's portfolio companies. Prior to joining Advent, Carlos worked at Walmart in Mexico and Central America in operational and strategy roles. Before that, Carlos spent eight years at The Boston Consulting Group where he worked in performance improvement assignments for consumer, industrial goods and financial services companies across Mexico, United States, Brazil and the U.K. Carlos holds a BA, cum laude, in Economics from Monterrey Tech (ITESM) and a MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
