Brian joined Advent in 2011. Previously, he was an associate at Nixon Peabody LLP, where he worked on a variety of corporate transactions. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, Brian was a legal advisor at Fidelity Investments, where he supported Fidelity’s employer services and brokerage business lines. Brian holds a BA, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and a JD from Northeastern University.
