Kristy Touchet Bio

Kristy Touchet is vice president of talent at Advantage Capital. In this role, she oversees the firm’s talent acquisition, development and retention strategy, building out world-class teams, systems and processes to capitalize on the firm’s growth prospects. Prior to joining Advantage Capital she spent more than 18 years in Executive Human Resource roles in law enforcement, oil and gas, financial and technology industries. Her primary focus as an HR Executive is to serve as an organizational leader, developing and cultivating ethical principles with a modern technological approach in order to make a considerable difference in an organization. Kristy received her Bachelor’s degree and her MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
