Brian Miller Bio

Prior to founding ACP, Brian was the CFO of one of the largest value added distribution and merchandising companies of entertainment software in the country. From 2001 through 2005, Brian helped guide the company through a period of over 100% compounded annual growth in revenue and EBITDA, several recapitalizations in support of its growth prospects and ultimately through a 20x cash-on-cash exit for its investors through a sale and recapitalization of the company in 2005. During this time the company was a Palm Beach Capital Partners portfolio company and in 2001 Brian was an SVP for the private equity group and while there he assisted with the negotiation and structure of the acquisition before he ultimately assumed the CFO responsibilities. From 1994 thru 2000, Brian worked as an Internal Auditor and then as a Controller with two fortune 500 companies. Brian is a graduate of East Carolina University and the Virginia Commonwealth University Graduate School of Business.
