TJ is responsible for the tax structuring support of funds and investment transactions. He also manages the overall tax compliance and reporting process. Prior to joining Adams Street, he was a Managing Director in KPMG LLP’s Asset Management practice, focused on private equity, private credit, and regulated investment company clients.
