Ted Schneider Bio

Ted focuses on administering Adams Street’s compensation and benefits programs globally. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Director of Compensation and Benefits at Innerworkings. Previously, Ted worked for Potbelly Sandwich Works as Director of Compensation and Benefits, for Mercer as a Senior Associate focused on Talent and Executive Compensation, and for Harmer Associates as a Recruiting Consultant. He commenced his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Associate. Ted is a member of Adams Street’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
