Sterling focuses on Adams Street’s global regulatory compliance program. Prior to joining Adams Street, he was a Senior Compliance Consultant at Simon Compliance LLC where he assisted private equity and hedge fund clients with SEC registration, the drafting of fund offering and compliance documents, and investor presentations. He also engaged with state pension boards, sovereign funds, and institutional investors during due diligence; advising on their compliance programs, offering documents, and side letter provisions.
