Rasa Kelpsa Bio

Rasa manages Adams Street’s fund closing activities and supports the firm’s broader legal initiatives. Prior to Adams Street, she was a Paralegal/Senior Documentation Specialist with Ares Management LLC. In this role, she prepared, reviewed, and closed loan transactions, coordinated the handling of legal issues on transactions with in-house and external legal counsel, and worked closely with credit and in-house counsel to make sure transactions closed in a timely manner. Rasa has also held Senior Documentation Specialist roles with BlueCrest Capital Finance, L.P and Ritchie Capital Finance, L.P.
