Matthew Wachtel Bio

Matthew supports the Private Credit Team in all aspects of the investment decision-making process, including business due diligence, industry review, document negotiation, and portfolio management. Prior to Adams Street, he was an Investment Analyst for Credit Suisse Park View BDC, Inc., focused on direct debt investments in middle-market companies to support leverage buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings, and growth initiatives. Matthew began his career as a Corporate Finance Analyst with CIT Group. In this role, he executed asset-based debt financings to private equity sponsors and corporate clients. Fordham University, BS;
