Marisa assists with the coordination, review, and documentation of general corporate matters, including corporate structuring, investments, pooled investment funds, and client contracts. In addition, she supports the management of the daily operations of client portfolios and responds to client requests. Prior to joining Adams Street, Marisa was an Investment Fund Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a Law Clerk at Beermann LLP.
