Kelly Mahadev Bio

Kelly focuses on Adams Street’s professional development, DE&I initiatives, global recruiting, and compliance. Prior to Adams Street, she was Head of the US HR Business Partner team at Dimensional Fund Advisors where she focused on talent consulting, organizational design, and manager coaching. Her previous experience also includes general human resources positions with EmPower HR, Grosvenor Capital Management, and TD Bank Financial Group. Kelly holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, a designation governed by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, Kelly is a member of Adams Street’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
