Kathleen Schau Bio

Kathleen supports both the operational due diligence and ESG efforts across the firm’s investment strategies. She collaborates with various stakeholders to execute on the firm’s approach to pre- and post-investment operational risk and ESG assessments. She previously was a member of the finance team and was responsible for financial and accounting support for a subset of Adams Street Partners’ funds. Her activities included financial statement preparation, cash management, partnership investment valuation, portfolio analysis, and special projects. Prior to joining Adams Street, she held accounting positions at GCM Grosvenor and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
