Kate Allan is the Director of People, Office and Culture at Adamantem. She joined the firm in 2015 and has worked in the private equity industry since 2008. Prior to joining Adamantem, Kate worked at Pacific Equity Partners as an Executive Assistant to Anthony Kerwick and Rob Koczkar with responsibility for providing executive support on due diligence transactions, portfolio management, fundraising and recruitment activities. In her previous roles at Great Big Events and Marchese + Partners she combined Office Management and Executive Assistant skills. Kate holds Bachelor of Applied Arts from The University of New South Wales, College of Fine Arts.
