Johannes is a Partner and Head of DACH. He has 15 years of experience in private equity with a focus on investments in the German Mittelstand. His industry expertise covers Healthcare, Business Services, Tech industries. Before joining Adagia Partners, he has worked for Ambienta and Capiton AG in Germany. He started his carrier in the Droege Group, a German turnaround investor and advisory holding company where he developed transformative expertise in various roles. Overall, he was involved in five principal and several add-on investments in various countries and regions including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux and CEE regions. Johannes sits on the board of Schwind Eye-Tech-Solutions. He holds a BSC in International Business from Maastricht University and a MSC in Finance & Investments from RSM Erasmus University.
