Helen’s role is Director, HR Operations, covering a wide range of generalist HR activities, such as reward and benefits, performance management, internal talent mobility, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, reporting, and HR specific projects, such as HR technology. In addition, Helen works closely with other specialist HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and Learning, to support the enablement and operational excellence of their activity and to form a collegiate management structure within the HR Team to help the firm deliver on its people agenda. Helen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and brings over 20 years’ experience in working in the Investment Management sector for firms such as 3i, Terra Firma Capital Partners, Universities Superannuation Scheme, Pantheon Ventures and Credit Agricole CIB.
