Jim Dobson Bio

A seasoned IT professional, Jim brings expertise in Systems Architecture and Application Engineering to Act III. From 2013 until joining Act III in 2019, Jim led the design, development and implementation of Panera’s cloud-based Back Office, Point-of-Sale, Kitchen Production and Store Operations applications. Prior to joining Panera, Jim was a Sr. Software Consultant at MasterCard leading the development of Analytics & Reporting, Campaign Management and Cardholder Services applications utilized by MasterCard and its Issuing and Acquiring banks. Jim started his career at Citi (formerly Citibank) at the onset of the internet revolution, where he became involved in several web and application development efforts in support of Citi’s Corporate Loans division. Jim holds a B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University.
