Jeff brings over 20 years of restaurant and retail experience to the Act III team. Prior to joining Act III, Jeff led the maintenance and development of Panera’s Restaurant Systems products including Point-of-Sale and Kitchen Production. Prior to Panera, Jeff served in multiple roles in Retail Buying, Supply Planning and Business Systems for Macy’s and Caleres. Jeff holds a B.S. in Food and Nutrition/Dietetics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
