Bridget determines acceptable risk levels for Accord based on risk appetite, return expectations, and market conditions. She is responsible for maintaining risk ratings for portfolio companies as well as credit analysis on existing investments. With in-depth experience in commercial banking and expertise in credit and risk management focused on the middle market, her career has included leadership positions at Wells Fargo, BMO and Fifth Third Bank. Bridget has a BS in Finance from University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.
